The editorial board accepts for consideration only original, previously unpublished articles in Russian.
Articles proposed for publication in the journal undergo mandatory double-blind peer review. The editorial board decides on publication of an article on basis of reviews prepared by experts in this subject area who have an academic degree. The editorial board reserves the right to reject an article or return it for revision.
Ownership and scope of copyright for materials published in the journal are determined by the current legislation of Russian Federation. Any articles of the journal or excerpts from them may be distributed via electronic networks with a mandatory reference to the source. It is prohibited to publish materials of the journal by third parties or organizations on paper and hard electronic media without the permission of the editorial board.
For publication the following documents must be submitted to the editorial board:
registration form of the author(s);
article manuscript prepared in accordance with the rules in electronic form;
antyplagiazm report for the article.
Documents are submitted to the editorial office by e-mail: vestnikPO@yandex.ru The subject of letter must indicate the first author name. All further correspondence regarding the publication will be carried out at this address.
Articles that do not meet the formatting requirements are not accepted for publication and are returned to the authors for revision without their consideration on the merits.
If the reviewers decide positively, the authors will be sent a contract and a form for paying for publication.
